About Us
Professional Building Services (PBS), established in 1993, provides a range of mechanical services for the air conditioning industry in New Zealand. These services include design and review, installation, commissioning, maintenance, plus inspection and certification. PBS also has a fully-equipped sheet-metal facility in Christchurch.
Over the years, PBS has established a reputation for high-quality services. We have successfully completed a range of projects, including shopping malls, telecommunication facilities, hospitals, hotels, large chiller replacements and common commercial installations. This has resulted in long standing relationships with clients such as the Canterbury District Health Board, Telecom NZ, Christchurch International Airport, St Georges Hospital, Southern Cross Hospital and Transpower.
We have experienced with contracts of all sizes, in all parts of New Zealand. And if the project is outside of Christchurch, we can manage local subcontractors to implement design-build solutions developed by our team.
