The Deloitte Fitout at 550 Bourke St involved the Green Star rated fitout of levels 7 through 19, including executive floors and UPS server room. Starting from an empty shell our works comprised the complete mechanical installation from the building core outwards including the following systems;
Approximately 280 VAV boxes with almost half of those having HHW coils
In excess of 60 Water cooled Airconditioning Units
Over 50 Duct mounted Supply/Exhaust Fans
Supply and Return Air Duct distribution system complete with Swirl type air diffusers
Kitchen Exhaust and Make-up air system
Heat Recovery system to executive floors
In excess of 4,000m of insulated Heating Hot Water Pipework
